Ripoff SCAM promising a credit card $15,000 line of credit or money back guarantee consumer fraud rip-off

I was sent a acceptance certificate letter from this company (First Natioanl Credit) promising to send me a gold credit card, with a guaranteed line of credit of up to $15.000, or your money back guaranteed. They required a $37.00 membership fee, or an optional $43.00 fee for rush delivery. I elected to take the rush delivery service. I only now found out this was a scam upon surfing the web and found this web site with related incidents. I would greatly appreciate any help / services your company will provide.
