I bought my house in 2000 went through a company called "mila" ONE set of documents TWO mortgages. I styll have ALL paper work. I was completely unaware that they were checking to make sure i didn't borrow down payment ONLY to make it LOOK like I put 10,000 more down by starting me with second mortgage!
Then the mortgage was sold down the line within days to three or four different folks and I ended up with HOMECOMINGS and CitiFinancial. Through my whole six years in my house. HOMECOMINGS has been the ROOT of ALL my EVIL. THEIR the company that disney channel presents about foreclosure at christmas only there is NO happy ending!
I've been struggling with them since 2003 IN and OUT and IN and OUT and IN and OUT and sooooooo OONNNN and SOOOO FORTH... OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! GOOD Blooded AMERICANS can ONLY TAKE so much!!! Well i've had enough! I've been fighting them TOO LONG.
I called to make a payment last night we got disconnected and when I called back they were "SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED AT 7: PM CENTRAL TIME" IT WAS 6: PM CENTRAL TIME!!! Thats excellent business!
needless to say i am tired very very tired with this matter and want a recourse of action!!! Please email me ANY information I need to join the class action suit!
