This company gave me the run around on a re-fi loan on my home for 3 weeks. I paid up front for an appraisal $325 to secure this loan. They told me several times everything was good and we we're going to close in a week.
I was told NOT to pay my due mortgage payment at the first of the month because we we're going to close that week, and I didn't have too. What a scam. Now I'm 20 day's late on my home payment thanks to these jerks.
I have to call my mortgage company now a beg them not to report a late on my credit report. I had another loan all lined up but these jerks told me that I didn't need to worry, everything was going great. I provided them with everything they asked for and was told time and time again we we're about done.
Now I'm 20 days late on my home payment, out $325 dollars for an appraisal (I'm applying now for an FHA loan and the first appraiser was not FHA approved) So I have to spend another $325 dollars.
These jerks didn't even call me back to tell me they couldn't do the loan. I NEVER got a call form the office manager. My advise to everyone is stay away, FAR AWAY for these scammers. I files a complaint with the State of Indiana and the BBB.
I hope these scam artists go out of business. I'm going to take them to court for damages if I can. I will NEVER trust another mortgage broker ever again. If these jerks represent the industry, I'll go to my local bank (which I'm going to do)
