I received an offer the domain portfolio management program and paid $997.00 to receive monthly checks for the google adsense program. Randy guaranteed in an written agreement that I would receive checks or my money back. Well, I never received a thing accept a letter stating that Randy was taking off out of the country to Cyprus, Europe and traveling around the world. Randy Charach made millions of dollars off the actual offer and for some odd reason he can't seem to make good on one single program. Randy has been reported to every authority known to man when he moves to other states he starts new business ventures he maybe starting a new venture in Europe. I would suggest anyone who receives an offer from this man to throw it in the garbage!
