In 2001 I rented a charge card terminal from Upper Rental Methods. They never delivered anybody out to plan it despite I approached them. Discouraged with waiting, I simply quit and informed them I needed to stop the agreement and provide back the gear. I had been advised I really couldnot - I had been required to some four-year agreement. They extended payment me each month (despite the fact that I had been not utilizing their solutions). Once they confronted to prosecute me, I wound up spending an overall total of $1,200 to get a charge card terminal that never got removed from the box.! To include insult to damage, I recently found they place a spot on my credit history declaring I still owe them over $200.
I recently began another enterprise and chose to utilize my final (with another charge card processing organization) and was informed by this additional company that I really couldnot make use of the final since it was still under rent with Upper Rental Methods.
It has been nearly EIGHT years since I have closed that agreement which organization nevertheless proceeds to provide me suffering. They're actually keeping my final hostage and so I cannot utilize it elsewhere. I actually donot realize why they're still running a business? They must be turn off and punished for scam. I'm advocating other customers - DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THE CORPORATION!!!
