VUE MasterCard Debit Card
Rip-off asked for info company charge acct for actual card. No refund back Monterey California

I what I thought was requesting info. Well this co took my money out of the bank never go a confirmation asking if I wanted the card for sure. Was it ok to take money out of my acct. When I asked for a refund and to cancel they said, "NO! Not now or ever".
