Ameriquest lied to me riped me off I wanted to refi and come to find out that i have a 3 year prepayment penlty thay told me that I could refi in 2 Years leirs not true. 5275.20 and then charged me 120.00 to fax a copy of my payoff 8000.24 in there settlement fees last year my husband was dignest with cancer and when I called them to asked what they could do to help me with the payment thay told me that is was my problem that I still had to pay my payment on time or I would get a late fee ther custmore service is nasty people this company sould not be able to ruin anymore lives PLEASE READ MY STORY
