This "Johnny come lately" to the Rancho Park / West Los Angeles Branch of Bank of America came with a 25 year reputation with the bank and a well known history of employee terminations from underneath him.

A un named veteran of several years with the bank commenced a bank transaction. This transaction, because of its type, had to be verified in both amount and account number by this Manager, John Gaines. This transaction had the wrong amount and account number on it by a simple clerical error. If made by the Employee, it's no problem. You just do it over again.

HOWEVER, THIS mistake went on and ended up getting approved by John. If JOHN makes a mistake by OK'ing something that he was supposed to check and it is later determined to be an error, NOW this is a BIG problem for which HE would get blamed hevily. This John is KNOWN for continually saying ya ya ya ya yes yes yes fastly during conversations meaning that he rushes through things and is basically impatient. When asked for help by an employee, he recently said "That's not my job". That's the team spirit. John!

It's obvious that John did not check this transaction because even the account number was wrong and he is supposed to verify EVERYTHING on this certain type of transaction and the wrong amount was sent with the wrong account number and it went through after he approved it.

Well later on this transaction ended up surfacing due to the wrong information. John blamed the first employee when it was he discovered that he f*ed up and approved the transaction and ok'ing it off without checking things like he is supposed to. The bank customer complained that the wrong amount was sent and denied putting their initials on it. It was later discovered by watching the video tapes that the employee did nothing wrong. The Security department of the bank came in and interrogated the employee for hours, trying to make this employee admit to something they did'nt do. They said (AND I QUOTE) "This can't be John's fault. He has been with the bank 25 years and he wouldn't do something like this" Well, HE DID!

For this, John deserves to be listed on evey google search and searchible place on the internet her for being a lying, kiniving, backstabbing bastard that will let an employee under him FRY for something that HE KNOWS HE DID.

A few days later, John called the security department saying he feels threatened. It's called a guilty conscience, John.

There is all kinds of justice in this world. People who get fired for someone f*ing them over and backstabbing them are usually looking for it.

There is people in the cemetary who have done a lot less than this bastard.

If I got someone fired because I lied about something that I f* up, I would be scared too.

I highly reccomend that eveyone who reads this, close their account with Bank of America and mention the name JOHN GAINES at the Rancho Park branch. I did!
