Is a fraudulent ripoff. Toronto, ontario

I was offered by telephone, 2 credit card at 9.99 interest for a one time prossing fee of 199.00... No anuall fees and a good way to rebuild my credit. Hai asked a milliom questions before agreeing, including calling their customer service ect. It sounded very legit... They where to debit my checking account on 7/5/02... Finnally on 7/15/02 they did. After waiting the 14 day they said it would take for the cards to come... I started asking question at their customer sevice. And at that time i realized something was fishie. Called my bank which gave me ach phone # who inturn gave me the number for 1st capitalso on. My first search on yahoo i found the bad business burea and i'm so sorry that not only i, but lots of folk have beev ripped-offsusiefestus, Missouri
