With me it's been a recurring problem. Every other month thier collections dept calls me asking for my pmt.
Thing is, I dont get my bill every month. They callme eevery other month with the contention that my bill is past due and I have to pay late fees and make a check by phone pmt, with all those fees. I complain and they say they will waive the fees.
My question is. Why is that I receive my pmt every other month? They say it's the post office. I can't believe that because I do in fact receive my bill, just every other month (curious). This may not sound like much but I'm sure there are some people out there who are intimidated by there calls and make those fee payments.
