We bought our home Aug. summer of we got behind. We put in for a forebearance. They refused to accept any payments while they were deciding to grant us the forebearance, it took them until Sept 06,2 days before the sale of our house, to decide they would grant it. So that put us farther behind. Our Payment went from 1185.00 to 1500.00 from Sept-Mar., and according to them, we still would not be caught up. We were 5500.00 behind and have paid 7500.00 since Sept, but according to them we still owe 9300.00. Late fees, lawyers fees, and appraisal fees. 2000.00 just to file laywer paper work! I want to know how they appraised it from Oregon, I never saw anyone here taking pics! This company has done nothing but find ways to keep adding more $ to our house and I will be finding a lawyer, anyone else care to join us?
