Inc. Waiting for refund for 60 days since (1/23/07) Ripoff

I have been trying to get my refund back from this company for over 60 days now. Last payment was paid on 1/23/07. I talked to the person (Tim or Mark) who handled my account several times, and each time, he gives me the same answer: "It was mailed on 2/20/07." It is now the 29th day of March and I am still waiting for me refund.
