On 07/12/02 i was contacted by a dirt bag that said he was from the company called gaurdian that promised me two credit cards one visa on mastercard with the limits of $2500 a peice and that they would be here in 2 weeks.
He transfered me to the mail room to make sure everything was correct and i became alarmed and told the man i did not want these credit cards and he said it was too late and they were on the way.
I asked for a phone number and he gave me 416-488-4664. I immediately called the number and got a voice mail. I left several messages over the next two weeks. Never getting a return call.
I then called my bank and placed a stop payment on the $199.00 and thought that it would be stopped however they were smarter than me and sent the draft from 1st capital cons; so the draft was paid by my bank.
The bank offered a different phone number 1-800-476-4828 and they gave me the numbers for both first capital and gaurdian 1-800-329-8422 and 1-800-787-1583.
I finally reached a slim ball by the name of janet james (whatever) who i got really ugly with and made her tell me who gaurdian was and she said it was all part of the same group.
These people really suck and i will not stop until they are caught and i get my money back..
