Unitedcashloans ripoff you never stop paying

I got a cashadvance loan in January. I have paid off the $200, plus the $60 fee, but instead they keep taking money out of my checking account. There is no way to get ahold of them other than an email and fax. Neither of which I have gotten a response. They aren't part of the Better Business Bureau and have had many complaints.
