My wife's mother passed away in Feb. 2007 and we needed funds to get to her funeral which was held in North Dakota. My wife went online and applied to 1 pay day loan company but when she checked the bank the next morning, there were 3 pay day loans there. We do not know how United Cash Loans got our information.
United Cash Loans proceeded to debit our checking account every 2 weeks for $90 but would not provide us with an address to send them a money order to pay them off. They also never contacted us about the stop pay we put on our account against them so they would call us about settling our bill. They just took $480 out of our account and not one word from them.
I would warn everyone who even thinks about doing online business with payday loan companies to check into the company they are planning to deal with. There are some fair and honest ones out there, but there are far more cheats and thieves than the good ones.
