I completed a loan in Oct 1006 with Cashnet500... The funds were deposited but not paid back to the lender.instead of filing a civil suit or reporting the debt to the credit bureau, CashNet deducted $710 in 5 transactions from my other bank account unannounced to me. This has caused complete chaos in my account and in turn, my life.
I have to wait until the charges post from my bank (Compass) before I can dispute the items... Until then, I have to deal with seven NSF ($36) fees, with probably more to come.
I spoke to CashNet, specifically Tim Atkins (ext 855), who probably misrepresented himself as the "Manager of the Company" including VP and President. He was extremely rude and when I suggested he keep a professional tone, he says "That's the great thing about my job, I don't have to be!".
