Citibank AT&T Universal Credit Card
AT&T Universal Charge Card is just a rip-off!

10 PERCENT back like a declaration credit on acquisitions at division, discount and clothing shops until 12/31/06. (as much as $100.00). It was the present delivered to me by AT&T Common. I called and experimented with obtain a listing of shops and was informed there is none. Service by me was needed; it was completed on 11/20/06. Acquisitions totaling over $1500.00 at Wal Mart, Home Website and Harbor Freight were billed.

As my declaration day neared I delivered communications about the AT&T concept centre asking about when my credit could be published. First I had been informed that I had been not signed up for this program. Delivered confirming data. Customer support apologized and mentioned that I had been enrolled and mentioned the credit seems on a single declaration whilst the purchase. Delivered another message saying that I had been prepared to spend the declaration and requesting the credit be published. Obtained a nonsense reaction: Your documents don't show that the online cost was properly accomplished. Please try again.

At this time I began contacting and was informed to call-back in 48-hours, was subsequently informed to hold back till next record. Waited till next declaration, named and was informed by support representative that her boss mentioned that I'd not get the credit. She suggest that Goal and JC Penny were division or discount shops but Wal Mart, Home Website and Harbor Freight weren't. I shut this consideration and might recommend one to not contemplate using the services of AT&T Common or Citibank.
