Charge me by looking on the internet Ripoff Valley Village California

I was trying to get a loan on the internet and fill out an application. But it never said anything about charging anything. Until I check my bank account these happened in december, but I was running back and calling the 800-430-0672 and never receive a respond. Until I decide to look on the internt and to my surprise i was charge just by looking and fiiling out and application $159.00 dollars
