Ripoff ripoff deceptive company victimized many consumers

Had went online inquiring about credit cards and they were listed as one of the best instant credit card approvals. Filled out a on-line application and was approved. Got the approval guaranteed and just had to send in 45$ for the one time membership fee. It has been over 2 weeks and never got my card in the mail.
