K hov homes had incentives for those who used there mtg co. What incentives? Their own loan officer did not even try to get the best loan rates possible!
I put my house up for sale to purchase new home...
After 8 mths & many closing cancellations loan officer still could not give exact amts of loan rates monthly mtg pymnts & closing costs.
We complained to k hov homes about the loan officer and wanted to have loan revaluate but nothing has been done.
