My drama began in 1994 and then turned worse when my mortgage note was bought out by vanderbilt. Luckily I filed bankruptcy in 2002 and never reaffirmed the loan on my house. If these people keep up their harrassment they can take this mobile home and stick it up their... They call after I am one day late... They call all day long... They have very negative tones... I would hate to be married to some of them... I have one word to describe some of their reps..._ _ _ _ _es... They need to learn some phone manners. I am a business major in college and I am glad they teach us Manners. Dont they know they can get more accomplished with kindness... Someone needs to sue them for their poor work practices... They will slip up someday and will be sued and I hope they go under... Gee maybe everyone who has a house financed with them should boycott their payments and see how fast their stocks fall from loan defaults...
Maybe then the rude people at Vanderbilt would understand how it is to Loose a job, or experience death in the family, or even health issues... To me the people at Vanderbilt are cold hearted nazis, that is all I have to say. Good luck to everyone who has the misfortune of dealing with this rude company... My sister is a mortgage broker in Florida and she is checking on some of the complaints mentioned on this website for me... Like the length of time they have to start foreclosure and how many payments need to be missed by law in order to do this...
