In the early spring of 2005 we applied to this company for a loan. We were "pre-approved" by phone and had to fill out a few forms and fax them back. We were then instructed to obtain a postal money order for the fee of $395 and mail it to the company. Three weeks later, I called to verify it had been cashed and it had. It took me 2 months of calling this comapny every single day to finally get in touch with someone who told me that a loan officer would call us in a few days. Another month later and still no call. It took me 2 weeks to get to talk to someone again. They said that our loan was being processed.
After 4 months with no loan, I called to find out what was going on. That was when a woman (I think it has been the same one the whole time) said that we needed a co-signer.in my agreement that I signed it states that we were applying for a small loan (under $20,000) that required no co-signer.
In August, I called tp find out what I had to do to get a refund. I was told to fax a written letter stating that I wanted a refund. I did this 4 times. I have been calling since then and have gotten no where. I emailed the company and the email was kicked back because the address had been disabled.
