Mislead me to thinking I was getting a credit card and withdrew $149.95 from my debit card account ripoff

I would just like to make people aware of the deceitful and underhanded way USA Card misleads consumers into thinking they are applying for a credit card and charges their accounts $149.95 without receiving any cards. Please fight against stopping this type of practice.
