These people Have A wonderfull sales pitch in the begining filled with promises of relief from creditors in desperite times. Then everything goes down hill. I was injured in an accident and was able to see that I was not going to be able to make all of my bills on time for the amounts reguired so I hired FCC Services. They claim they will be able to lower payments, eliminate late fees, waive membership fees, and lower interest rates. These are things that can be done by a consumer. And done by the consumer alot easier than by these crooks.

They took on four credit accounts I had opened and destroyed what was once a good credit history. While participating in there program you are not allowed to contact your creditors or make any payments directly to them or you will forfiet your $300.00 deposit required by them for you to hire them. Nothing is a guarante with them.

They will try to negotiate your buisiness with your creditor for you to get a lower rate or be placed on a redudec payment program. I could do this for you and it wouldnt cost 35 dollars a month to do it. Most of my creditors did not want to even speak with FCC and so my accounts began to grow delinquint every passing day.

I could not do anything about it my self, I was locked in with them and could not get out unless I paided my balances in full to FCC for them to proccess. Some of my accounts went unpaid several times for over 60 days and some for 90 days. I was on a plan for them to auto withdrawl every month from my account.

At some point I transfered over to a different bank and left the old one open with a minimum balance for conveiance. They started taking from the updated bank account on a regular base for over six months. Somwhere around the seventh and eight month they started takeing from the new account and the old account at the same time.

I didnt catch it for several months and by that time I had been accruing a 5 dollar a day overdaft charge for about 45 days. I finaly got them to stop and have tried to get help from them to clear up this matter and all they want me to do is do there work for them. It has been over a year now and the matter is still open.

I was released from Bank Atlantic as a bad credit debt and put into the chex system which is a reopting agency for checking account. Becouse of this I am told that I can not open another account for 7 years. I am curently dealing with closing of my account.

I gave a written authorization to withdrawl from my account over $1500.00 to pay of the last two accounts in full and gave instruction to return my 300 dollars. They somehow miscomunicated with one of the creditors by about 20 dollars. I recieved a bill again from them saying that they wanted the balance of 20 paid and another 35 for handing and 50 dollars in NSF chares they were charged from them for trying to pull from my account that I had closed, after I saw they had pulled the final balance of 1500.

I e-mailed 5 different people from there office for 8 weeks and got no response untill the 9th week. After several long conversations I got them to agree not to charge me for any of these fees except the 35 dollar handling fee. This was still not appropriate to me since it was there comunication eror so I threatened to right this letter and got them to let it slide as long as I sent my final payment overnight.

Mind you all along here that 20 dollar balance went unpaid for two months and has been charged several late fees and the intrest rate compounded and turned into 69.8 percent intrest. 20 dollars turned into 100.00 I would have paid directly to my creditor that 20 dollars but it would have cost me 300 of my deposit.

So anyhow I sent in my payment to FCC overnight and then the next day I got a call from there manager saying that He didnt agree with that and that he was going to be taking 35 dollars out of my SECOND final payment which will leave an open balance and will earn them another 35 dollars for handling my next payment and the next payment after that.

Do not trust these people they are not will do what ever they want to even if one of there reps tells you otherwise. You have to talk to someone diferent everytime you call and they all are capable of making equally different decisions on your account. Consider yourself lucky to have this phone number 954-670-0788 there number is not on any of there paperwork.

This whole procces has been a joke. I signed up with them to save me from trouble and bad credit and that is all I have recieved from them. My credit is down points and there are several delinquent payments on my credit history.
