Peoples Credit First
Ripoff I sent a check for a credit card and got nothing

Im trying to get my credit back on track and decided to get a credit card. I thought paying for a downpayment was the only way for me to get credit, so i sent peoples credit first a check for 49.00, and have not recived anything. Then i went on line because some one said it might be a ripoff. Thats when i got suspicous. Ive tried to call but its always busy. Tis is my last resort to get my money back. Please help
