CashFlow Direct Ripped me off $4,500 on False 6 Month Guaranteed Traffic on Casino

After retiring from 25 years in the Armed Forces, I was looking for a home based business. I filled out this ad on the internet and received a call from CashFlow-Direct. After talking with them, they sounded interesting, especially selling me the opportunity to become affiliated with the fortune 500 companies (Amazon.com, Target, and Toys-R-US)... Who is not shopping on the internet! So I coughed up the $495.00.

Here's the kicker! The Window's Casino! I'm listening carefully and writing every word down. Quote: "Let me tell you about our "GUARANTEED TRAFFIC, " advertisement for Windows Casinos
*this is in Mar 06*
"... We can GUARANTEE you 30,000 hits in "6 months" for $4,500." I'm listening and jotting down the estimates. His sales pitch was that the average person spends X amount of dollars gambling on-line (you multiply that with 30,000 hits that is GUARANTEED you by their system you are paying for ($4,500).

He continues to tell me "since we GUARANTEE you these 30,000 hits in the 6 month period, your chances are good". Sounds good, I'll take that chance. After all, you did GUARANTEE ME 30,000 hits in 6 months"...

Well, on month 7, let's say I was NO WHERE NEAR 30,000 hits. NO WHERE CLOSE, It was awful. Needless to say, I contacted them right away!..

Anyway... I called and spoke to the representative and he said and verified what I paidand yes"I paid $4,500.00 for 30,000 hits which was GUARANTEED ME...

People who are reading this: It didn't matter whether anyone downloaded the casino, the point is that I was given a guarantee and I expected CASHFLOW Direct to live up to their part of the bargain". John, the representative, told me that it would roll-over... And the campaign will continue until it reaches 30,000 hits. This was not mentioned before. He also told me that they were switching to a new and better system.

Here it is 10 months later and it still hasn't hit 30,000. AND Check this out... If it doesn't reach it by 1 Mar 07 (12 months later), it's going to cost me $99.00 to stay with the company.

I AM UPSET because if you tell someone that you have come up with a system that is so good that you sell them with a "Guaranteeas a customerthat's what we EXPECT.

I don't have that kind of money, I was taking a chance, that's right, but that chance was based on that magic word from a company that sounded legit..." I GUARENTEE YOU its legal verbiage and I believe every law abiding citizen should be able to trust a company's word when they use it.

If there is ANYONE out there who was told this same thing, reply back. I have a lot more to say about this company. I have LOST money with this company, but that's with every risk you take. But if you sell me a product based on a promise, then you MUST live up to that promise. This company must pay for that promise.

Home base business such as this one are making millions of dollars off of people who are honest citizens trying to make a good living. I understand the risk in such businesses' but I will be damn if people such as CASHFLOW DIRECT make false advertisements and get away with it.

They MUST PAY! This MUST be a class action Suit against them. If you go out on that "free classified ads" page, you can see the # of people who were "sucked" in.

Now that President Bush passed the "No gambling Law" for Americans on the Internet on October 16. The little money that I did earn on the casino (which was my own) was not even paid to me. When I called, they said since the law was past, I lost the money! Did anyone get a letter from CASHFLOW-direct? All of a sudden, they quoted me a wrong email address, however, when they sent me the contacts for payment, they seemed to have the correct address.

I'm not angry, nor am I frustrated. I AM DETERMINED! That's dangerous (smile).
