I found Lease Finace Group (LFC) on my credit report from over 6 years ago. I wrote them inquring about it. They claim it is my account. I asked 3 times (Certified Letters) for a copy of the signed contract, which they refuse to provide. They did send a payment history of the account.
They added $10 and $2.50 to the account, then waited two weeks and took it back as a payment to the account in the amount of $10 and $2.50. Now they say I made two payments so it is mine.
LFC has placed two fake payments on the account to make it look as if I had sent in payments. Where I come from its called Fraud. Next stop is the FTC and attorneys I guess.
