Paid $246 for a secured credit card and received only membership package dishonest ripoffs evil dirt bags false promises fraudulent business

They called me offering me a secured credit card if I agreed to pay $246 and there would be no annual fees interest or finance charges. I agreed. This was about two months ago. Today is July 9 and I just received the membership package but no credit card. Nor did it even mention the credit card. There is basically just a bunch of numbers and I called one of them and they told me to come here and give my report.
