Mrs. Love, mr. Young, Harassed, belittled, lied, stole money from checking account Ripoff

After speaking with Ms. Love, of GreenTree Servicing Co. On Dec 31, I told her that I mailed a payment in the form of a money order 3 days prior to talking to her.

She told me "to stop payment on the money order, b/c they will not accept a payment by mail from me." Also she said" you better find somewhere to move b/c someone would be there to padlock
the doors.

Ms. Love told me to shut up that I was giving her a headache and that I was STUPID if I thought I was going to stay there without making a payment after i told her that I had already mailed a payment to them. They told me and my father-n-law that I had not made a payment since Sept.

Ms. Love called back on January 1, and apoligized b/c they found proof that I had made two payments in November of 06. Then she called back on Jan 2 and offered to defer Jan. And Dec. Payment. I found out on Jan 3 that she had already took the money from my Husbands checking account and he was not even there to authorize her to do so, causing his account to go into overdraft in the amount of 300.00.

I called on Jan 4th they said I gave them Authorization and my name is not even on the account. SHe then continued her harassment, calling me names and belittling me and my family. She told her boss that the reason that she offered to defer the 2 payments previously mentioned was b/c I threatened to stop payment on the withdrawl from the bank that I did not even know about.

Now that my account is OVERpayed they still threaten to
repossess my home.

She and Mr. Young attacked my character and morales, calling me a Liar, and a few other choice words that I don't even want to repeat.

I have since filed fraudulent reports with the proper authorities, and have contacted several attorneys. They sat that
it is a waste of my time and money to pursue this, but money is not the issue.

These people have and continue to LIE, CHEAT, & STEAL their way through the day and I would like to pursue this, but No one will help me.

If anyone who reads this has any way of helping me or advizing me I would be greatly appreciative..
