After refinancing our home four years ago, we were immediately sold to Ocwen. We started out in trouble with payments being behind and late fees then they started with attorney fees to add to the problem. It has been a nightmare trying to keep things straight with all these extra fees.in the last year, after being charged for insurance again even though we pay insurance
privately, I gave up.
We tried to work things out with these people but to no avail.
We are now in foreclosure after deciding that it just was not worth the effort to try and keep these people happy. Maybe my report will help someone else even if it is to late for us.
Thank God, we do have someplace to go unlike some of these other poor people who have had their lives shattered by this company.
I would like to know if Ocwen and Bank One of America work together often in these law suits and whether any of you have been sued for more money even after the house has been sold. I spoke to an attorney and he said they had ninety days to do this before you were completely free of the nightmare.
