The company took money out of my bank without my knowledge. I did not know about this until i recieved a overdraft from bank then it was to late to cancel something I DID NOT DO!
The coustumer rep. I spoke with was very rude! And informed me
I was just out of luck and should pay more attention that this cannot be done accidentally. He also informed police officer the same thing, so i was unable to file fraudulent charges to get my money back. (while at station a officer there said they had done it to him.)
you have 3 days to cancel if you did this, but if you didnot and get charged by the time you find out your account was debited it is to late to cancel.
This company is nothing but a scam taking honest peoples money for thier benefit. I hope they can live with themselves by causing hardships on others as they have done me.
