Has anyone who is with emc mortgage been able to refinance after all of the troubles and problems they cause??? This mortgage company needs to be shut down!!! They keep reporting foreclosure they say they dont get your payment they add unheard of and un-necessary fees. If any one has any helpful information on how to refinance or get away from this mortgage company after they have allready distroyed your life it would be greatly appreciated if you let me know.
