I (too) applied for personal loan through this company who approved me 100% guaranteed for $5,000. The company asked for collateral payment $800 and insurance $770 (on two separate occassions so two different western union fees). I was guaranteed the loan would be in my account, unfortunately this occurred on a Saturday. They did "Automatic Refund". I fear a no refund and I can't reach anyone.
As you see in my title I have been took. (During the holiday season) I have been told I will get refund in two weeks. I have yet to recieve the "refund letter" I requested as well I can not reach a single person in customer service.in the last two days I have called or should I say attempted to speak to any one individual for over twenty times. I am frustrated, angry, and see others have been affected as well. I was told by Supervisor "Gus Sambrao" that I would recieve confirmation email of refund with no result. Please contact me if you are in similar positions.
