We were handed off to Homeq servicing in Oct. And in Dec. We received a bill for over 6600.00 for taxes and they are raising our payments to over 1600.00 a month. We are just above minnimum wage in our earnings and we have to work hard and many extra hours to make our payments now and cannot afford the increase. We will have to sell our home! They also gave us less than a months notice on these requirements. We have nothing in the bank and don't know what we will do.
