Ripoff they claimed i was approved for a $10,000 credit card

On november 1 i recieved a letter form the union workers credit service, that i was pre-approvd for a $10,000 credit platuim card at a 5% apr. To get this pre-approved platinum credit card i would have to enclose a money order for an annuel membership fee of $37.00 by 11/29/06. I haven't herd from them sence. Please stop these people and get me my money back, i know of several people who have fell for them one
