Good news people. I went to my bank last Tuesday and had to sign an unauthorized withdrawl form. I had to close out the account, because the Bank said Fidelity would probably try to draft it again. I opened a new account at the bank, truly worth the time and the funds of $129.95 where available in my new account on 12/02/06. So don't give up if they have scammed you, do what you need to do to get your money back.
Ripoff, I truly thank you. If I had not checked out Fidelity on-line and found you, I would have been screwed out of $129.95.
Fellow scammed friends go after them. I cannot believe according to usacomplaints.com that they have had complaints about them since 2005 and they can still operate. It should be illegal and they should be shut down.
