Is a soultion manger he has had a 70 year old lady in forebrance when it was his fault he did not answer her destress papers he has put here into fore brance so many times her sister got someone to pay off the house and he give a payoff of 159000 then after he found out that she was makeing a small profit he raise the pay off, she offered to split the small profit was nothing. So now they give a payoff and then take it back.
D.P. Told the realty company he would take a payment of 159000. After payoff she would have had to live on people if he would split. Her house should have never been ther he took these people from 1100 to 1700 to 1000 now. He has cause sickness, it was during the hurricane when people lost they home had to tke them in he said he sorry and had her sign papers and he knew she did not under stand it. She did not knew her house was in for in foreclouer and when her sister offer to pay the 3mos he said no he attach attoney fees when there was no pappers served, when sister explain to attoney who was to handle foreclosur they gave her the number to talk to the people who handle foreclosur in her state this is the first time he answered her he has had foreclure since 2005 and when she ask to deal with someone, they are all very impolite.
