Hidden charges, poor customer service the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers tricked and lied to us

I am writing about the poor service and the way Cross Country Bank does business. There are so many "hidden" cost and when you call to talk to a customer service rep, you get the same people with bad attitudes that want to lie to you.

I am looking for other people that have had bad experiences with Cross Country Bank.
