My wife and I purchased the John Beck Real Estate program after watching a promising infomercial. We recieved the contents of the program after a few days, which was just a few CDs and about three books. We began reading over the very confusing and unstructured material. A few weeks later, we got a call from a Jeremy Foote who said that they were looking for their new sucess story and would be willing to help us achieve our finacial dreams of becoming financially free! After a short screening, they told us that with approx. $14,000 we could be enrolled and would make this money back within 30-45 days. My wife and I were all excited about the offer but didn't have the money to enroll at that very moment.
After a month or so, we finally had gotten our credit card limits raised and deceided to call back this Jeremy Foote guy and take a leap on what we thought would be a journey to financial freedom. We ended up paying $9,857 to join and shortly thereafter, recieved a package of literature on the course. We were given half-hour weekly appointments with a coach who was to help and guide us along our way to making our first deal and progress towards our goal to financial freedom. We were told that as long as we completed every assignment given to us during the coaching sessions we would most probably make our first deal within 30-45 days.
Our goals, and not to mention the money we invested, were our drive to get our assignments completed and take every step necessary to achieve success. However, after our third appointment, the coaching sessions became redundant, our coach didn't seem as enthusiastic or helpful, he didn't reply to emails and didn't respond to phone calls in a mannerly time, and we didn't feel like we were given quality time due to other appointments he was rushing to get to.
Unfortunatley, this whole program has not worked for us. We have been working hard, trying to get a deal done with less and less help and guidance with each passing day. What we were told would take 30-45 days has not happened yet and we are on day 60. This has put a great stress on our financial situation, our jobs, and our personal lives. Most importantly, it has been a waste of valuable time we will never regain!
