I ordered the initial package and was soon being called on my a marketer who wanted to sell me a series of personal coaching sessions. I have been a real estate investor for some time, but never in the field of purchasing tax leins and wanted to learn that aspect of the business.
So after purchasing the coaching for $5000 I was called by a man who started teaching over the phone real estate techniques that I had been successfully using for years. When I complained about that I was told that my coaching was an overall of realestate, not just the tax leins.
I called the company very upset and reqested my money back since I already knew all about lease options, how to get financing, etc. What I thought I was paying for was detailed information in 10 sessions to teach me how to purchase tax leins in both my state and others. The company refused my refund request and gave me another coach. Since the rules in Mich. Have changed regarding tax sales, he wasn't even familiar with the process here and I did all my reasearch. I only had a couple of coaching sessions and they were not beneficial and I never heard from them again.
