Ameriquest - Countrywide - Wells Fargo
Mort predatory lending and dishonest practices ripoff, Battle Creek

I was contacted several times and years before I accepted the loan to fix up my home and to replace old windows.

Then my loan was immediately sold to wilshire. Then to countrywide loan co.

Then I was contacted again by ameriquest for the second loan and then it was sold to wells fargo bank.

I was told that I should be in 2 settlements but I have not heard anything.

I also was told that someone got a lawyer and was given their home back.

I and my closed head injury daughter was homeless for several months.

I finally had to accept a rental home that is not up to code or has been checked by code compliance in Battle Creek Mi.

All I can do now is go and see my physchictrist and PRAY. I have had to take more medicine than I already have to for my arthritis.

I alo have a heart docter that I have not seen in a while.
What's the point?

I lost a lot of office equipment and home items.
