I'M 84 years of age I got taken advantage by Indy Mac bank. I made payments to them my loan was in the process of a modification I missed 2 payments tring to catch-up.indy said for me to wait, that someone will contact me. I did my paper work, in the mist of me waiting Indy sold my home to Wells Fargo with out contacting me. Wells Fargo foreclosed on me and told me they do not have to oner Indy Mac's deal and that I have to leave my home 28 days. Wells Fargo would not even make a deal with me.
