called a mortgage banking center and was making threats to employees, as well as telling them that he was going to report them to the banking commission because of his incorrect knowledge and accusations of a certain situation.
He was calling them telling the employees that they were stupid and didn't know what they were doing. He made a woman cry by yelling at her and saying he was going to have her licensed taken from them and have her lose her job.
If Robert Andromalos had a issue with another bank, he should of simply made a complaint with the State. Calling another mortgage center is totally prohibited especially when calls and such threats are to be made.
Look out everyone, if someone makes threats such as this, do you want them to be your Lender? I know I wouldn't want them to be mine at all. This gentleman is very unprofessional and should look into a different career.
