I am writing on behalf of my wife as she refuses to use a computer.
She has received about 25-30 calls from this company in the last 3 months, none of which has been answered because there is no merit to them.
We have been together for 15 yrs., during which time she has accrued no debts. Her credit prior to 15 yrs. Ago was ruined by her ex-husband. It is my understanding that 15 yr. Old debts are uncollectable.in any case, no response will be made to these demands without a court order, and after consulting with a lawyer a harassment suit is possible.
