Ripoff no response to inquiry

I found this website online in early Sept. Sent them an inquiry asking about loan amounts, phone number, what the charge is, etc... Basic stuff that SHOULD be on every website of a legit biz... Sent Sept 3rd, still no response. I just put in an "app" but did not include my ssn, I just wanted to see if they would respond. Thanks to others' complaints, I know I was right not to trust them. I just sent them another email saying I just sent in an app, and wanted to know where they are located and if outside the USA, can they loan in the U.S... We'll see if I get a response...
