I have had to file for bankrupcy due to hard times. I had a debit card with them and i over drafted 760. Dollars I have listed this bank and filed for protection under the laws of bankrupcy/chapter 7. The bank went into my account with out permission and took out the money I owed. My question is, even though I filed chapter 7, can the bank I owe money to wipe out my account leagally, or do I have a case.
