Equifax And Experian TransUnon I lost so much money my credit and now my home is on the line on the 7 NOV of this month FIVE DAY FROM NOW the bank is going to start a FORECLOSE ON MY HOME BECAUSE YOU GUYS DID IT TO ripoff

I have been asking for help for 11 months from Equifax and Experian TransUnon. I was put in this situation of hardship and my home is going in FORECLOSE in 5 days
The credit bureaus did not do their job. I have had nothing but hard time I am falling behind on every thing.in Jan when I check my credit report. I should have had all accounts Paid and no latts on my home for over 4 years. However, there was 1 or more latts.

I had received letters from Ocwen bank research department in 2003 verifying Paid as Agreed for all months. On the late payments. I Dispute in Mar. Equifax send me a letter from there company Results Delete investigate by your research department on this account. Were it was not taken off. It has now been taken off in September. That going on four years.

In addition, 12 names 8 address and 5 Accounts open that were Paid Off in Oct 27. I received letters from the creditors that these accounts have Been Verified Paid in Full.in Jan..in late Jan I had provided all Letters from the creditors to Equifax and Experian TransUnon. And I had to Dispute all these Accounts. If credit bureaus have done what they are, Require to Do 30 or 45 day Rule or must delete. Pus I Paid for there online monitors services to help me with the Errors.

I never received the Support that I was entitled to by the customer service staff. If any thing the bureaus added 80 Inquire to my credit report. Were Equifax has Deleted 80 and Experian TransUnon about 60. If they were NOT wrong, they would have never taken them off. If all this was taken care of with in the Rule, I never would have been late for the first time on my house payment in April.

That is the four month before this date of April providing the bureaus with all letters verifying the accounts have been paid off or paid as agreed for all months. And calling there customer service day after day and email and U. S mail and faxing them what ever more to get the job done.

On top of that the online monitor services that is six paid services and still I FAIL. I Proved that I was Right with letters that have been Verified by the Creditors. If all this would have been done in the time of the Rulebook Show by law your law. I would not have been late.in addition, all accounts would have been Correct. Now I have been put in a financial problem that has cause me and my family so much Hard Ship and not to mention the stress that the bureaus have cause me and my family.

I hold your company's accountable for the11months were I lost so much money my credit and now my home is on the line on the 7 NOV of this month FIVE DAY FROM NOW the bank is going to start a FORECLOSE ON MY HOME BECAUSE YOU GUYS DID IT TO ME. All i did was paid my bill off on time and your services didn't work. I ask you for help how many time. One more time help me don't let this happen i have prove you wrong because you were i will show any one that is willing to help. I NO SOME ONE WILL

Please review your credit report once you receive
it. You will find that all collection items are showing paid except for the $202 for SBC
California.
This is being handled by CBA collection agency.
Their phone number is 1-800-659-3770. If you have paid this, please let me know.
If you have any other questions once you see your

Review the late payments that are listed on your
file. Please let me know if there are any you disagree with... And provide me proof if you have same.
