Rip me off, without leaving a Phone number to reach them Or a cancellation numbe

I was led to believe a was getting a credit card with out any money down. Before I can realize what had happen. They came up with all these fees that will be deducted from my bank account in the near future. I tried to cancel, I don't know where to go. I called the bank, there isn't much they can do.
