Nco Financial Systems
Nco portfolio management first appear on credit report. 4 years later. Po box 4909 dept 22 trenton new jersey

Four months ago up pops the NOTORIOUS collection agency on my credit report. NCO Financial report on End of Vehicle Lease bill that was awarded to my absconded ex spouse as part of divorce decree for divorce in March.

It was his truck-I was virtually forced into co-signing beginning of when ex was in Texas-and I in Colorado - (I am not even sure if this was in fact a legal transaction, as I was not even present for the co-signing-document was faxed-and I dont have a copy.)

I disputed the report in July, Aug, etc this year, with the credit bureau -and it is supposedly verified-every month... And two different Collection Agencies later-but no proof or detail, but collection dated June, July, Aug for this year on my credit report.

Not to mention the many phone calls asking my children where I am, and where my ex spouse is.
Considering I have a restraining order against him placed in Nov and he had disappeared, after defaulting on every debt and having my credit trashed along the way, my children have been harassed by phone while I am at work, at my door on Sunday, and asking for my ex.

Three months later - I receive a letter offering me to take advantage of an offer to settle the account at 40% of the balance in 3 monthly payments. However-the offer may expire without notice.

1. Can anyone tell me about the Statute of Limitations for Colorado, please and how to go about enforcing this?

2. Can I file a complaint against NCO two collection agencies reporting at different Credit Bureau trying to collect on same account-without having contacted me in writing or providing copies of the detailed bill-and how this was arrived at.

3. How is it possible that the judge presiding at the divorce included the ruling that my ex-spouse is responsible for all his credit card debt, vehicle repayments, and outstanding bills in his name incurred prior to divorce, and I am the one that gets hounded to pay, and I am the one that has had my credit trashed, while he disappears - he left the country apparently.

What do you recommend I do?
