I had found this company in a phone book and called. I already knew we had bad credit, which now days isn't uncommon. They said that they could find a program that would work for us. They faxed me the contracts to look over and sign. I read them carefully and I saw in small print that there may be an allocation fee.
I called Joseph Harper and he said that those fees did not apply to my loan. They said they ran our credit and we would need to make the first 4 payments up front. We did have to do this for our home purchase, so I didn't think twice ($2116.00).
Two days later, I get a call from a Jennifer and she says that there is an allocation fee of $899. I wasn't sure what this was but I paid it. Then the next day I got a call from Stacey. She said I had to purchase an insurance policy for the bank, which we had to do also for the purchase of our home, and that was $599. I understood this fee also, it was just for the bank to be sure that they would get their funds repaid.
Now, I am calling Stacey and she gave me a wire transfer confirmation number. So I thought we were good to go. NOT!!! Those Arab A*h* took my money, stamped on my pride and moral beliefs of honesty and truthfulness.
I contacted the property authorities here in Florida, New York, and Canada. I just hope that the two governments can work together to give the "employees" of this company what they deserve. I know it will be less than anything that anyone that has been cheated by this "company" would.
